Return Policy
At WATCHDIAL, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order is eligible for return, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.
Please read the policy below carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days from the date you receive your watch.
Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Item Condition
The item must be in its original condition, completely unused, unworn, and free from scratches, marks, or signs of use.
All packaging and accessories must be returned with the item.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different watch from the one you ordered, please contact us within 3 days so we can review and assist you with the return process.
Refund Deductions
For all approved returns, a delivery fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on the payment method used, payment processing fees may also be deducted.

| Apple Pay / Visa / Card Payment | AED 20 delivery fee + 2.5% payment processing fee will be deducted. |
| Tabby | AED 20 delivery fee + 7% Tabby processing fee will be deducted. |
| Tamara | AED 20 delivery fee + 7.5% Tamara processing fee will be deducted. |
Important: The AED 20 delivery fee is deducted in all return cases. Additional deductions depend on the payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
